Villa Vittoria Como lake Blevio, apartment 3

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa. It is a delightful 60 sqm apartment. It offers a large room with a seating corner and a lovely mezzanine with a bookcase and a sommier. The apartment is equipped with a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bidet and a charming terrace equipped for eating and sunbathing. The apartment has Smart-TV, air conditioning and wi-fi network completely free. Accomodation The apartment is on the second floor of the Villa. The access is by a spectacular marble staircase. In Villa Vittoria are available other two apartments rispectevely for 5 and 4 people on the third floor. Guets access To access the private parking area, you can go through two bends in a park with an enchanting view, which can also be explored by a walk. Interaction with guests At your arrival there will be Alessandra (mobile +39 340 3308081 - [email protected]) for the ceck-in and who will be available for any information or need. Overview Villa Vittoria is located at the beginning of the road to Sopravilla, Capovico. Blevio is called the village of the Seven Fractions, because of its subdivision in distinct historical centers: from Como to Torno, there are fractions Capovico, Sopravilla, Sorto, Mezzovico, Meggianico and Cazzanore; by the lake there is Girola. In the village you can find pharmacy, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Going down to the left fork you will find the boat dock and in a few minutes you will arrive to the beach, equipped with a restaurant. Over there you will have the possibility to try various water sports with qualified instructors. How to move The gate to the Villa is located at the beginning of the road to Sopravilla Capovico, at the first junction right after the third tunnel, where there is the bus stop, with which you can go to Como in 5 minutes or to Bellagio in 45 minutes. Additional informations The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishes and cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer and a nespresso coffee machine. A small safe and a smart TV are available to guests. There are also available (by reservation) a children’s bed and an high chair for babies. We recommend to our guests, for responsible energy consumption: - Turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the apartment. - Always close the windows when the heating or air conditioning are in use and to maintain a reasonable temperature in the room. - Not to leave battery chargers connected when not in use.
